Abstract: Highlights•Organized the first low-dose CT IQA challenge and collected algorithms from participants.•Published the first open-source low-dose CT IQA dataset, annotated by six radiologists.•Analyzed algorithms across anatomies, scanner vendors, populations, and artifacts.•Showed potential of no-reference IQA methods to outperform full-reference methods in imaging.
