Abstract: Highlights•We introduce BDyMA to discover dynamic causal structure of high-dimensional networks.•We demonstrate the effectiveness of the BDyMA in comparison to both existing method.•We show that our method enhances the intrasubject and intersubject reliability.•We examine the trustworthiness of DTI data as prior knowledge of DEC discovery.
