On exact and robust recovery for plug-and-Play compressed sensing

Abstract: Highlights•Plug-and-play (PnP) regularization can exactly recover signals in compressed sensing.•The recovery is also robust to noise in the measurements.•A linear denoiser used in PnP compressed sensing should be low-rank.•This is a first step toward analyzing PnP accuracy under more general settings.
