Determining the adjusted initial treatment dose of warfarin anticoagulant medicine using kernel-based support vector regression

Abstract: Highlights•The kernel-based version of the least square support vector regression estimator is defined. Unlike most methods, this process aims to utilize all the data-related statistical features to generate a dose determination tool proportional to the data set.•This defined kernel is one of the few tasks that covers the spectrum of discrete and continuous data together.•The defined model covers a wide range of doses, and patients who need very high doses are seen by the proposed model.
