Abstract: In this paper, robust hybrid beamforming designs are developed for multi-user millimeter-wave multiple-input multiple-output relay systems in the presence of correlated channel state information errors. Analog beamforming matrices are designed to maximize the equivalent channel gains. Baseband beamforming matrices are solved by optimizing the upper bound of the averaged achievable sum rate. Simulation results show that our algorithm achieves better performance compared with previous existing hybrid beamforming designs.
