Problem Statement: The E-Learning platform seeks to provide platform for the creation, harmonization and presentation of contents across thematic and knowledge areas of interests in organic agriculture to members of the association and the general public
Proposed Activities: IT/Software Development Consultants to be engaged in the development of the E-Learning platform with directions by the management of the association, the capacity building committee and other relevant stakeholders. Resources Subscriptions on cloud platform(s) for Web(Front end) & Database(Back end) set-up Professional Fees for technical expertise in the areas of software development & Related Materials required are Laptop(s) & Mobile phone for IT staff(s) Promotional Materials for marketing The activities are indicated in phases as below Nov-Dec 2023 Planning & Design phase, Jan- March 2024 Development Phase, Feb- April 2024 Content Creation, April -May- 2024 Testing & Quality Assurance, June 2024 Platform Launch Continuous Maintenance
Openness: Access to contents and other relevant output of the project shall be made available to members of the association and general public for free or minimal sustainable fees as shall be determined by the management of the association

LMIE Carveout: Nigeria is a Low-Middle income economy and the outcome of the project is targeted to promoters or multipliers of organic knowledge, researchers, farmers etc. for sustainable development. The association has a national reach and can build the critical mass required to provide alternative and sustainable production practices in line with SDG, reaching the vulnerable rural areas.
Team Skills: The capacity building committee of the association is comprised of practitioners in the field of research and the organic value chain that covers Data Management Software Development, Business Development Services, Soil health and Fertility Management, Plant health Crop & livestock, Agribusiness & Food systems, extension agents, processors, handlers, auditors. Different professional and academic qualification (MBA,Ph.D, Msc...) provides a platform for divergence and convergence of ideas that promotes knowledge transfer and problem solution.
