Abstract: Highlights•Proposed a novel two-stage semi-supervised framework for automatic orbit segmentation.•Proposed a Paired Copy-Paste strategy that can effectively fuse features of preoperative and postoperative CT images.•The experimental results show that our method achieved state-of-the-art performance on both preoperative and postoperative CT images.
