MCRANet: MTSL-based connectivity region attention network for PD-L1 status segmentation in H&E stained images

Abstract: Highlights•MCRANet predicts PD-L1 status from H&E images using coarse-to-fine segmentation.•MRA module, based on MTSL, enhances tumor-non-tumor differentiation and feature extraction.•Connectivity modeling improves region attention accuracy, preserving structure.•Experimental results show MCRANet's superior segmentation performance on the PD-L1 dataset.•MTSL-based attention enhances network, accurately locates tumors, with superior interpretability.
