Abstract: In this work, we propose two efficient schemes for the construction of first-price sealed-bid (FPSB) auction based on the primitive of comparable encryption [1] and multilinear maps[4]. Our motivation is to optimize the communication rounds between auctioneer(s) and bidders, thereby largely alleviating the communication workload in the bidder side. Our constructions only need one-round communication between the auctioneer and bidders. Meanwhile we show that under our reasonable assumption, the two constructions achieve the desired security requirements.
