Abstract: Highlights•We explore a medical image reconstruction framework with deep learning-based method.•To solve the hybrid model, we introduce the PAM algorithm.•We analyze the convergence of the proposed method with numerical results.•The robustness of our method can be illustrated by the PET and MRI reconstruction.
