Abstract: Highlights•At least three sessions of iTBS were required to improve multi-task performance.•One-week iTBS has little effect on resting-state brain activity during the EC phase.•For iTBS subjects, more AEC network properties changes lead to better performance.•iTBS causes no adverse effect as functional connectivity are evenly distributed.
