ST-Unet: Swin Transformer boosted U-Net with Cross-Layer Feature Enhancement for medical image segmentation

Abstract: Highlights•A novel Swin Transformer boosted U-Net for medical image segmentation is proposed.•CLFE module is proposed to enhance the features of different perception levels.•SCSE module is used to make full use of the spatial and channel information of the image.•Excellent segmentation results are achieved and outperform some SOTA methods.
