Abstract: Highlights•ToFFi is a modular, highly configurable MATLAB toolbox for spectral fingerprints computation.•ToFFi can convert electrophysiological human brain signals into robust spectral representations that can serve as biomarkers useful in scientific and clinical classification problems.•It supports custom datasets, brain atlases, reproducibility, and parallel computations.•It runs under Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.
