Attention guided multi-scale cluster refinement with extended field of view for amodal nuclei segmentation

Abstract: Highlights•Introduce a novel nuclei segmentation model to detect crowded nuclei via clustering.•Integrate a DenseFPN and multi-scale refinement to enlarge the model field of view.•Update existing nuclei segmentation metrics to evaluate modal and amodal masks.•Evaluate on 3 different datasets and outperform the state-of-the-art methods.
