Abstract: Highlights•Uncertainties in traffic and service motivate the need for delay-resistant routing.•A new robust optimization objective allows to hedge against delays.•State-of-the-art column generation/labeling approach can be adapted to new objective.•Experiments on real-life data verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.•Combining delay-robustness and classic travel time goals yields best of both worlds.
