I2U-Net: A dual-path U-Net with rich information interaction for medical image segmentation

Abstract: Highlights•We propose a dual path U-Net, named I2U-Net, for medical image segmentation.•We propose a multi-functional information interaction module via a unified design.•We propose an information fusion and augmentation module to integrate information.•Extensive experiments proved that I2U-Net has excellent segmentation performance.
