Abstract: In this paper we present the redesign of a programming lecture for the C programming language. In order to achieve this, the learning platform intence - INTeractive ENhanced C Experience is created. We also use our debugger Velociti, which is able to interpret C code at expression level. The initial situation is a classic tripartite structure of lectures, exercises and practical sessions. The aim of intence is student-centered skills transfer. Adaptive learning paths and gamification elements are used to achieve this.
