Abstract: Over the last decade, Social Media has been gradually shaping our world. From the Brexit to Ukraine war, passing through US election and COVID-19, there has been increasing attention on how social media affects our society. This attention has nowadays become an active research field in which researchers from different fields have proposed interdisciplinary solutions mainly aimed at fake news detection and prevention.
