Abstract: In this paper, aiming at the semantics description of Web services, a novel approach to the probabilistic graphical modeling of Web services is proposed, and the services Bayesian network is constructed based on the application of the least fixpoint and conditional mutual information. From the deduction and statistics of historical invocations, the inherent dependencies among elementary services are described, and measured qualitatively and quantitatively. Preliminary experiments and analysis show that our approach is effective and feasible.
