Abstract: Forest pests seriously affect the health of forests. To address this problem, this paper mainly studies the coverage of wireless sensor networks in forest pest areas, in order to prevent further spread of pests. Firstly, the information distribution of pest monitoring area is characterized by using the sampling information of mobile wireless sensor networks and Gaussian estimation algorithm, and the density function expression model of pest monitoring area is proposed. Then, through the coupling relationship between static sensors and mobile sensing node, the attractive and repulsive potential fields in the pest monitoring area are deeply analyzed, and a coverage control strategy based on the improved potential field is proposed. Finally, through simulation, the experimental result shows that the proposed method can realize the collaborative coverage of high-value area of pest monitoring through the coupling of mobile sensing node and static sensors.
