Abstract: Highlights•A novel framework is introduced for peripancreatic vessel segmentation and labeling.•An iterative trunk growth module is designed for vessel segmentation improvement.•A weakly supervised labeling mechanism is proposed for vessel branch identification.•We achieve better prediction performance compared to the state-of-the-art methods.
