The Medical Experiential Service Design Based on Users

Abstract: The proportion of the Chinese tertiary industry in GDP has doubled over the few past decades. Thus, the boom of the tertiary industry has brought new opportunities to design. Since the field of design has been greatly extended, design begins to pay more attention to user's experience, feeling apart from designing products. Occupying a significant proportion in the tertiary industry, medical service design concerns various aspects of users' life. Getting medical service is an important section in people's life while the conflict between doctor, patient, the imbalance of medical resources have a negative influence on users' medical experience. Therefore, through research, designing methods on the user's experience such as survey, model,, behavior targeting, the paper focuses on the conflict between patients' demands, medical resources' supply,, aims to designing a mobile application (APP) on medical services. This APP will build a service platform for patients which will meet patients' demands on Internet, new technological products in the Internet plus era.
