Abstract: Highlights•A Self-Attention GAN based on the Swin Transformer architecture is introduced.•Heartbeat and ECG signals of different categories are generated.•The effectiveness of the synthesized signal is verified on the ECG SQA algorithm.•The proposed algorithm is implemented on the edge computing module.
