New Feature: Import Publications from ORCID
For many years, it was only possible to import publication records to OpenReview profiles by using the DBLP service or by manually adding metadata records. We've received emails from many users requesting we have more options for importing publications. Google Scholar is the most commonly requested to import records from, however, Google Scholar does not offer an API that would allow us to build an importer.
As of October 9th, 2025, users now have another way of importing their publications for Expertise Selection, using ORCID. The ORCID Importer is accessible through the profile edit page and only adds externally sourced records. For more information on how to use the importer, please see Importing publication data from ORCID to your profile.
