Abstract: Highlights•A dual branch-based method is proposed for hyperspectral whole slide image stitching.•A stitching error feedback mechanism is used to guide the hyperspectral microscope imaging.•Experiments show that the proposed method can effectively improve the quality of hyperspectral whole slide image stitching.
