Abstract: This study addresses the problem of semantic representation in French Sign Language (FSL) sentences. We studied in particular static situations (spatial localisations) and situations denoted by motion verbs. The aim is to propose some models which could be implemented and integrated in computing systems dedicated to Sign Language (SL). According to the FSL functioning, we suggest a framework using representations based on cognitive grammars.
