Abstract: Highlights•A frequency-aware boundary and region fusion network for breast ultrasound image segmentation.•A Haar wavelet decomposition module is proposed to focus on the boundaries and regions of breast tumors.•A dual-stream fusion module is proposed to achieve boundary and regional multi-level fusion of the breast tumor features.•The results show that the method outperforms other state-of-the-art models.
