Abstract: Collective intelligence, characterized as the capacity of human groups to engage in intellectual cooperation and exhibit intelligent behavior, has become a burgeoning field of study. The article presents an advanced graph-based framework for collective representation and a diverse set of metrics to assess collective characteristics. The authors propose that their framework simplifies the identification of insightful attributes within collectives, providing a standardized platform for contrasting and analyzing diverse groups. It facilitates a deeper understanding of collective entities’ intricate structures and dynamics. The synergistic combination of the new model and metrics taxonomy represents a substantial step forward in the field, offering enhanced tools for analyzing and comprehending the complex nature of collectives, leaving room for future studies to elaborate on their implementation.
