Abstract: MRI preprocessing, a critical step in all medical image analysis pipelines, has long been a bottleneck for researchers and clinicians alike. This article introduces a novel, customizable preprocessing pipeline designed to democratize MRI analysis. By leveraging a user-friendly JSON configuration system, the solution simplifies complex preprocessing workflows without sacrificing flexibility or power. From bias field correction to normalization, users can tailor each step to their specific needs. This approach not only accelerates the preprocessing phase but also enhances reproducibility across studies. Although this open-source tool is not fully finished, the community is more than invited to join in revolutionizing MRI preprocessing, making advanced medical image analysis more accessible to beginners and experts alike.
