Abstract: Highlights•We propose a novel Prototype-Guided one-stage Domain Adaptive defect detector.•We propose GFA module to mitigate the impact of multi-level stylistic differences.•We propose CFA module for distinguishing between defects with similar appearances.•Extensive experiments demonstrate that PGDA achieves stat-of-the-art performance.
