Poster: PolyCC: Poly-Algorithmic Congestion Control

Abstract: This paper demonstrates PolyCC, a general framework for simultaneous operation of poly-algorithmic congestion control. PolyCC gains benefits from taking advantage of the complementary among already existing congestion controllers.
