Abstract: Highlights•We propose a multi-attention-powered learning Genetic algorithm.•ALGA is applied to real-world 3D wind farm layout optimization.•This attention-learning mechanism enhances the quality of optimization results.•Results on two case studies show that ALGA outperforms other state-of-the-art methods.
