Abstract: Highlights:•A weight estimation system based on the perimeter of bass was established.•A stereo matching dataset has been created for 3D reconstruction of fish contours.•The NeRF-supervised stereo matching network was used for fish depth estimation.•The weight estimation system has the potential to be applied in aquaculture.
