2nd FATREC workshop: responsible recommendation

Abstract: The second Workshop on Responsible Recommendation (FATREC 2018) was held in conjunction with the 12th ACM Conference on Recommender Systems on October 6th, 2018 in Vancouver, Canada. This full-day workshop brought together researchers and practitioners to discuss several topics under the banner of social responsibility in recommender systems: fairness, accountability, transparency, privacy, and other ethical and social concerns.
