Reachability games with relaxed energy constraints

Abstract: Highlights•We study energy games with reachability objectives.•We consider several notions of upper bounds as energy constraints.•We define a new class of games, with soft upper bound and constraints on violation of this soft bound.•We compare energy reachability games with their infinite counterparts.•We study existence problem for energy games, i.e., decide whether an upper bound for which the game is winning exists.
