Abstract: This dataset integrated the Ciona robusta larval single cell RNA sequencing datasets from Cao et al. 2019 and Sharma et al. 2019 using scvi-tools and ScanPy. integrated_ky21_larva_de_raw.csv contains the full svci-tool diffierential expression result. integrated_ky21_larva_de_filtered.csv is filtered by the raw_normalized_mean1 and lfc_mean. Less important columns were also removed.
