Abstract: Highlights•Each Pareto-optimal solution was assumed to have the same motion with the centroid.•Two or three historical locations of the centroid were collected.•A difference model was proposed to predict the motion of the centroid.•Part of old solutions were retained to mix with the predicted solutions.•MOEA/D framework was modified to adapt the dynamic change.
