Abstract: Highlights•Nanomaterials have not been used to model VAP TEG.•A full-scale nano-enhanced VAP TEG is modelled in 3D.•Isoflux analysis is used in place of previous isothermal.•The VAP TEG’s optimums are affected by the nanoparticles.•The efficiency of the trad VAP TEG is increased by 6x.
