Message from Program Co-Chairs IRC 2024

Abstract: It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the Eighth International Conference on Robotic Computing (IRC 2024), at the Hitachi Central Research Laboratory in Tokyo, Japan. Such edition of the conference is co-located with the 26th IEEE Symposium on Multimedia (ISM 2024), and the Seventh Artificial Intelligence x Data & Knowledge Engineering conference (formerly AIKE). IRC 2024 seeks to bring together researchers and developers working in computer science and robotics to share important developments in many applications. This year's conference will be hybrid, so it will include both in-person sessions and be streamed online. More specifically, the conference features fourteen hybrid sessions (including two dedicated to the best papers), and two workshops. The paper sessions include:
