Abstract: The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into personalized medicine has revolutionized healthcare by enabling treatments tailored to individual genetic profiles, lifestyles, and preferences. However, the deployment of AI in this domain introduces significant ethical challenges that must be addressed to ensure responsible and equitable implementation. This paper provides a comprehensive survey of these challenges, organized within a structured taxonomy of AI ethics in personalized medicine. We evaluate privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, clinical validation requirements, and governance issues, alongside emerging mitigation strategies. We further analyze real-world case studies to contextualize these ethical concerns and propose a research roadmap for future policy development.
