Abstract: Highlights•We develop a novel blockchain-based complete multi–contracting approach by which multiple organizations can collaborate.•We develop a unique workflow within organizations for recruitment, and employment process on the blockchain.•We ensure an effective blockchain-adaptive contract management system that arranges and interlinks complex contracts.•We develop novel blockchain-based dispute resolution mechanism,contract–contract and arbitration consolidating mechanisms.•We provide mathematical proofs to analyse the shifting of decision-making power and leverage among multiple contracting parties.
