Abstract: Highlights•Large-scale segmentation dataset with annotations of 45 OARs and 2 GTVs in CT scans of 200 patients.•A comprehensive summary of all submission solutions, with analysis of key challenges and potential solutions.•Results show that segmentation results of complex and small OARs/GTVs are still far from clinical requirements.
