Abstract: Highlights•An efficient lightweight model based on structural reparameterization for apple leaf disease identification (RepDI).•RepDI is a CPU-friendly model by the using of structural reparameterization.•A lightweight parallel channel & spatial attention module is proposed.•A novel apple leaf disease dataset is collected and released.
