Abstract: The automatic storage yard is an essential component in the construction of the intelligent harbor. In the process of constructing an automatic storage yard, the distributed crane control system is critical. However, during the operation process of the distributed crane control system, the video switching mechanism randomly assigns tasks to operators by switching surveillance videos, which limits the efficiency of the distributed crane control system. This paper solves the video switching problem as a task assignment problem, and a mixed-integer linear programming model is established. The branch and bound algorithm is adopted to solve the model on Lingo17.0. The experimental results show that the dynamic video switching mechanism proposed in this paper is efficient.
