Abstract: This study explores alternative graph-based metrics for identifying tipping points in stock and goods markets, finding that the graph Euler characteristic, Laplacian energy, and zeta function derivative correlate well with Forman-Ricci curvature, with the Euler characteristic offering favorable computational efficiency.
