Abstract: Highlights•First multi-scale INR method for large 3D multi-view MRI reconstruction.•Achieves 180 μ<math><mi mathvariant="normal" is="true">μ</mi></math>m isotropic in-vivo whole-brain T2w MRI in only 17 min.•Integrates motion correction to recover detail under real and simulated motion.•Outperforms 3D GRE scans in resolution and SNR under same scan time.
