Abstract: Highlights•The proposed method improves MVRL by using label distribution uncertainty to reduce ambiguity in multi-view category assignments.•LDMRL introduces a novel approach considering the distribution inconsistency of multi-view data at the semantic level.•Results demonstrate LDMRL’s effectiveness through rigorous testing on diverse multi-view datasets.
