Cross-chain based Spectrum Resources Transfer Technology across Different Telecom Operators Towards 6G

Abstract: On the basis of 5G entering a era of widely commercial applications, researches on 6G have been gradually carried out. Improving the efficiency of spectrum utilization and reducing the access cost of wireless users are the research hotspots that scholars focus on. As an emerging spectrum sharing technology, spectrum transfer can improve the utilization rate of scarce spectrum resources, and increase the total social welfare. However, under the existing centralized architecture, spectrum resources can only be transferred between users of the same telecom operator. And it will not work between different operators. To address this problem, a cross-chain based spectrum resources transfer method is proposed. Apart from the anonymity provided by the blockchain itself, the better privacy preservation capability is embedded. We deploy the method on the Ethereum test chain, the theoretical analysis and experimental results demonstrate the fairness, effectiveness and security of the method.
