Abstract: Highlights•We developed a monthly 500-m resolution SIF dataset for China from 2003 to 2022.•Tower-based SIF and GPP confirm CNSIF's robustness in diverse ecosystems.•CNSIF reveals long-term vegetation greening trends (5.4 %/year) for China.•The incorporation of internal information enhances fine-scale feature delineation.
