Abstract: Highlights•CFANet improves CT image segmentation with fuzzy boundaries and small targets.•Three modules enable effective utilization of multi-level and multi-scale features.•Outperforming others, CFANet boosts the Dice score by 2.14% on liver tumor dataset.•It has positive impacts on the preoperative evaluation of robotic surgery.
